One Book, One School

This book is amazing! This is my second time reading this novel! I absolutely love it! I am going to use this trilogy to improve literacy at my school. I am so excited to share this book with my entire school through One Book, One School.

Great Job

This version of The Battle of Jericho is pretty good! I bought this audio version so that my students could follow along as they read the book in class. They love listening to it, and they get sad when I forget to bring my iPod to school because they enjoy it so much. J.D. Jackson reads at a good pace, and his voice is very enjoyable. This was a great purchase.

When Dana was locked in the bathroom with Eddie

What does J. D. Jackson bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The emotions and voices. The full experience as if it was a picture less movie.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made me laugh most of the way through but at the end yes I did cried. It was very unexpected and sad.
