About this listen

Dragon Sapir is back, and the Jax Military will never be the same.

The Jax Contract Committee, JCC, has released Rivka to take assignments, and her first involves her in a plot by several Systems within the Helix collection of systems to destroy the Jax. As the plot spreads, she is given assignments to combat the threat. Soon she becomes the JCC's problem solver for ill-advised and potentially ruinous contracts the JCC is forced to accept, including one by the United Freelands who is seeking revenge on her for their embarrassing defeat on Suryah.

Rivka has become the agent of change, an essential evolution if the Jax is to survive.

I really liked it a lot it might have been repetitive story but movies though the 80s-90s were no better but people still enjoyed them still

Negative

I would like to know how many years pass by

The weapons should evolve more

And the stories should be a couple hours longer

Enjoyed

I believe the listener will be mostly entertained by this character and the series of short stories that she is immersed in. However, with that said, I think that the writer dips into this patriarchal governmental system far too much. Sadly, even when the political system is a democracy, the characters seem to be shocked that a woman is in charge. In my opinion, this continually going with this storyline can become rather old to the listener. Lastly, the use of referring to a woman as a sir in military rank is just vulgar, it was wrong in Star Trek or any other related story and it is equally wrong here.

Somewhat okay
