author definitely needs to do more research

while there is some good information in here, it's clearly written from a bias toward the pharmaceutical industry and big alcohol. at one point the author claims that cannabis is more dangerous than alcohol and there is plenty of data showing the opposite. statistics show cannabis is far safer.

Informative Read, Citations Appreciated

🩺 Dr. Siegel did a great job with this book! I will now purchase the hardcopy and enjoy reviewing the studies referenced.

🧠 I purchased this book due to Dr. Daniel Amen’s participation in it. His clinic (the Amen Clinics) changed my life for the better by diagnosing my ADHD through their SPECT scans and providing resources, supplements, and prescriptions for therapies that have dramatically improved both my cognitive functioning and quality of life.

Back to Dr. Siegel’s book, I support the use of medical marijuana and with the HHS’s recent recommendation for marijuana to change to schedule 3, exciting opportunities for long overdue studies await.

Rebecca did a great job. As a patient who consumes THC legally (edibles is my preferred mode), this book provided insights and resources that I value and it inspired additional research questions. 📚

🧐 For those who gave Siegel a poor rating, let’s see your books, please share your expert opinions supported by peer-reviewed studies, and provide it in the easy to understand and smooth flowing voice that she did. I’ll read.

very informative

Great insight from Dr's research, people need to think twice before use, marijuana doesn't benefit all.

nothing new here

maybe it's because I set my expectations too high to get new and updated information on the subject I'm disappointed that I didn't. the book is full of -more research needed here- which the same thing as it was before I read the book. I think it is good for someone completely new to the subject but not for one with different questions or seeking solid answers.
