I read Allen Carrs easy way to Quit Smoking before this book. The former helped me quit both cigarettes and vaping. I came in with the expectations of this book hitting every key element that the other did but was presently surprised to find out that they take a little different approach for each. All-in-all, it worked for me. I am both nicotine and cannabis free thanks to Allen Carrs easy way. Highly recommended. At the end of the day, if it doesn't work, you're in no worse position than you were beforehand. Go for it!

It actually works!

WOW is all that i can say.
I cannot beljeve how easy that was after 20 years of smoking.
Im sooo confident right now, and it was a domino effect for me the confidence from quitting has me on a roll with other bad habits.

The Little Monster visual was KEY for me

It’s a great listen and did in fact help me, along with other resources, kick my need to smoke marijuana. However, I did find that a lot of the book was repetitive in nature, essentially filler to meet a page quota or seem like a big book. The message could’ve been just as strong in a shorter read. Nonetheless, I would recommend adding it to your arsenal of tools to kick your marijuana habit.

Great listen and easy to digest BUT…

When I started this book, I wasn’t even sure I wanted to stop. I also wasn’t sure cannabis was a bad thing for me. I’ve been completely free since I read this maybe a month ago. I’d never go back and I’m grateful.

I will say I started this book and then angrily stopped listening to it for a couple of weeks before I was willing to pick it up again. At first I was angry at the suggestion cannabis could be an addiction like nicotine or alcohol. But during those two weeks the words in the book that I did hear kept sinking in deeper and deeper. Once you hear the truth the brainwashing from society starts getting undone and you can’t I see the truth.

I’ve quit smoking, cannabis, and junk food with Allen Carr. I’m going onto the iPhone next. I’ve even stopped emotional spending without reading the book on it because once you start to wake up to the brainwashing in a couple of areas you can easily see how it applies everywhere.

I’m convinced this man was a saint!

Wasn’t even sure I wanted to stop

Don’t listen to the negative comments about the book they are clearly making excuses for themselves to not quit. Listen to the book and instructions. If follow the directions like not reading when your high you will see how easy it is to stop. Don’t let the monsters continue chasing you, get rid of them. God bless and thanks.

I stopped after 20 years

Just listened after years of trying to manage the personal and social hassles of hiding weed from family friends and others. Freedom!

However, my weekly consumption was heavy at 3-4 grams of vaped cannabis oil. It was causing physical pain, doctor visits and the occasional hospitalization over the last 10+ years. I having some withdrawal on day one-two. Intense anxiety and muscle fatigue — as if I want to crawl out of my skin. It’s minor but it wasn’t not there… for me. I also had some minor chills and sweats. Decided to take some aspirin to offset the body stuff and some deep sleep. Day 2 significantly better - only a little anxiety towards the end of the day. This is worth the freedom of not being bound by a lying addiction.

So with this being said - give yourself permission to have your life back and start fresh and put the addiction where it should be - out of your life!

This book and Alan Cart’s concept is worth considering if you want to be free of the mental pain our addictions cost!
