Incredible! Fascinating. Practical.

So happy I came across this book. Dr. Hamon wonderfully describes the human brain and its functioning in a way that is easy understand and offers a ton of tips on how to increase the health of your brain. I highly recommend for anybody that wants to know anything else about the brain or any mental/emotional issues. Extremely insightful.

Eye and Mind - Opening

This book has shed so much light on the inner workings of my brain. I was very rough on my brain as a teenager, and never knew the potential consequences. Wish I knew this decades ago

Great book & Highly recommend. I’ll listen to it again. The answer to living the life we desire is here… having fulfilling relationships IS possible. Life is meant to be fun and we can create that now. Listen to the end!! Peace.

Learned a lot!

This book explains in great detail the inner workings of the brain. Many insightful examples into all types of behaviors and possible reasons for them. Great tips to put onto practice!

Very powerful insights/information!!! A must-read

I am so glad I bought this. I am learning so many things to help me. It is as if I went to a therapist. I am learning how to removing negative thoughts and ways on how to make my brain function better. A healthy brain means a healthy life. I didn't realize that there is such thing aging brain and that we reverse it. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase. I am actually going to purchase the book because ti has so much good insights that I need to refer to it several times. I hope it has brain scan images so I can what is a good brain and a unhealthy brain. I am exercising more and I am more motivated to taking of myself and my brain. I would say I am so blessed with this book. Thank you Dr. Amen! I would say Amen to what he says in the book.

This book opened new understandings and a solid way of bettering your overall health.

bottom line up front, it pulls the facade off of the current view on mental disorders and revealed is a better way of getting to the root of the problem.

life changing information

first couple chapters slow but gave me so much hope for my family and myself. Explaining brain functions and how they relate to behaviors associated with damage fascinating. Understanding more of how to heal this damage through the "4 circles " approach gives much hope .
