Publisher's summary

Finally, a new edition of my most popular book: The Dead Bedroom Fix! This audio version of the book has additional commentary not found in the print or e-book versions.

MEN: Are you in a dead bedroom (sexless marriage)? Divorced and don't want to go through that nightmare again? YOU ARE NOT ALONE. There are A LOT of men out there not happy with the level of intimacy in their marriage.

What is going on? Is the tried-and-true stereotype of the frustrated husband and the cold, bossy wife inevitable? Are monogamous relationships doomed to such a pitiful state of sexlessness? Is that just the way marriage is supposed to be?

I DON’T THINK SO. After chatting with many men in my situation (divorced and starting over), I slowly started to notice patterns of behavior. Most men experienced long “Dead Bedroom” (sexless marriage) periods in their relationship prior to their divorce. Many of these men later discovered infidelity. It’s no coincidence that the two go hand-in-hand. The wife wanted intimacy, too. Just not with her husband.

Simply put, nobody seems to know what to do to keep the fire going in their long-term relationship. Most of us experience a “honeymoon phase” of intimacy, and then watch it quickly fade as the stress of life/kids and the boredom of familiarity settle in... and then the all-too-familiar sexless marriage.

What I know is that my own experience (nine very happy and very satisfying years in my new relationship/marriage) and the experience of hundreds of other men I have interviewed have helped to create a prescription for what I feel is the only true, honest, no bullsh*t way to get your wife jumping your bones again. It works for me and for thousands of other men just like you.

An Eye-Opening Blueprint for Reclaiming Attraction

I don't ever write reviews, but *The Dead Bedroom Fix* is an absolute game-changer for any man who's found himself stuck in the rut of a sexless or stagnant marriage. From the first chapter, I was hooked by the raw honesty and no-nonsense approach the author takes in tackling the uncomfortable, but all-too-common reality many men face in their relationships. It’s not just a book about fixing a bedroom issue—it’s an eye-opening look at the deeper dynamics of attraction, masculinity, and how societal norms have subtly reshaped the expectations in modern marriages.

What I found particularly insightful is how the author doesn’t sugarcoat the hard truths. He lays out, with brutal clarity, how men often lose their sense of self in a relationship—getting complacent, passive, and gradually becoming less attractive to their partners. This was a wake-up call for me. The book helped me realize that attraction is something that has to be continuously earned, and that self-improvement is key—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

The advice isn’t about blaming women or pointing fingers; instead, it’s about reclaiming ownership of your own life and becoming the best version of yourself. The author stresses the importance of confidence, purpose, and boundaries, which are essential not only for reigniting the spark in the bedroom but also for fostering a more fulfilling and balanced relationship.

What’s most powerful is that *The Dead Bedroom Fix* doesn’t just focus on quick solutions but offers a long-term strategy for reshaping how we view ourselves and our relationships. It dives deep into the societal shifts that have made it harder for men to stay connected with their masculine energy, and how that disconnection can erode the foundation of a healthy marriage.

If you’re looking for an honest, eye-opening take on the realities of marital dynamics in the U.S. today, this book is a must-read. It’s not just about fixing your marriage—it’s about fixing yourself, and in doing so, everything else follows. Highly recommended for any man who’s serious about making real changes in his relationship and life.
