Some cases hit close to the bone. For amateur sleuth Sabrina Carlson, this is one of them. In Sabrina's mind, missing-persons investigations are always the hardest. Mostly because they remind her of losing her sister years before. If fighting off flashbacks of her sister's death isn't bad enough, this current case is one of the most difficult of Sabrina's career. After all, Claire Blakely didn't just disappear without a trace. She also didn't have any enemies. In addition, as far as Sabrina can tell, there are no leads to work with.

When Heather McKinley dreamed of becoming a doctor, she imagined curing sick kids and sporting pink stethoscopes. She never anticipated the sleepless nights, grueling exams, and endless labs. And she certainly never knew that her medical school earned the nickname Dead Med thanks to the tragic history of students overdosing on illegal drugs. But Heather would never consider doing anything like that. That is, until her longtime boyfriend dumps her, she finds herself failing anatomy, and her world starts to crumble.

Trouble gets a little closer to Daisy McDare
Another good mystery in the world of Daisy McDare, and Donna G Soto's narration was well done, keeping the voices consistent throughout the series so far. I am also enjoying the love between Daisy and Gavin to keep her human and grounded. I look forward to the next in the series.
I received a copy of this audiobook as a gift, and this is my unsolicited review.

Another sweet mystery from K.M Morgan
This one is as sweet as the cupcakes mentioned in the story, sprinkled with interesting characters and old fashioned detective work. I loved the story and the narrator did a good job in adding to the story.

Always fun!
I love these short cozies, they are such a great break from all the stress of the real world. This one is so much fun as we get to solve the murder of one of Daisy's neighbors, Eric. With the authorities thinking it's just a burglary gone wrong, Daisy thinks there is more to it. As always, we get to go on the adventure of interviewing the crazy cast of suspects, each having their own reason for killing Eric, but each one pointing their finger at another. Daisy has to fish through their stories to find the real culprit, and as always, we get to celebrate the closing of the case with dessert! Narrated by Donna G Soto, it's an entertaining couple of hours that you too will enjoy.

Clean Cozy Mystery
This book is part of a series but a great stand alone cozy mystery. This is number eightin the Daisy McDare Series. It is a clean cozy mystery. Daisy is an interior decorator, amateur sleuth. Life if going good in all aspects of Daisy's life then she almost has an accident with a car racing out of her neighbors driveway. Her neighboris yelling so she walks over. Her neighbor is usually talkative and open. He wasn't himself and didn't want to talk about it. Now her dog awakens her and she sees the same car racing away. She walks over , the door is unlocked and finds hin dead. The storyline is interesting, the characters are believable and likable. The narration by Donna G. Sota maintains your interest. You have to read or listen to see how it ends. I enjoyed this book.

Nice!
relationships, murder-investigation, cozy-mystery
Daisy gets engaged, nearly gets into an accident, checks on her neighbor, and in the middle of the night finds said neighbor dead on his living room floor. Let the sleuthing begin despite the detective insisting that it's just a robbery gone wrong! A nice read!
Donna G Soto gives a fine performance as narrator.

Who Dunnit?
When her next door neighbour Eric O'Doul is murdered, Daisy jumps in to action, determined to get justice for Eric.
Can Daisy work out who the killer is before they decide that she is a liability that needs to be silenced ?
Although these are stand alone, I do think it is more enjoyable to listen to these in order as Daisy’s character grows throughput the series. The characters are likeable and easy to relate too.
The narrator did a credible job voicing the various characters. Secrets and suspense are woven throughout this story and I couldn’t wait to find out who the guilty person was.
