Wonderful addition to a Great Story

This is the 4th book in the Mind dimensions Series. If you have read the previous book 1-3 Then you should know most of the main characters by now. This book starts out with a ton of action and intrigue. You definitely need to read the previous book before this one. It all pulls together after listening for awhile. So many twists that you might get dizzy, but a good dizzy. You get to know more about the main character Darren's family and brings together the different pieces to this huge puzzle. Darren has to try to figure out what's going on before it's too late.
There are different levels to the readers and guides, he wants to bring them both together to make piece, but there is a bunch of resistance to this. Throughout the whole thing he is trying to figure out who wants to kill him. With people being able to make others do things they would normally would not do and change their thinking and "push" them to do horrible things. It is a hard thing to figure out who would want to kill him.
I kept listening trying to figure it out. If you enjoyed the previous books then I know you will like this one as much as I do. It was absolutely worth it. I can't wait for the next book from this author. The narrator was very good also, he was very good at making you feel all the emotion going on.

Intense and full of action

The Elders is another great addition to the Mind Dimension series by Dima Zales. From beginning to end it is intensely action packed. It continues the story of Darren who through the series is progressively becoming more and more enlightened in regards to his family, his abilities and their associated responsibilities. However it seems, just as one question is answered another ten arise and so Darren is again sent on a whirlwind adventure.
This time Darren is on a mission to seek out the identity of the Super Pusher who is out to get not only Darren, but his family and all those close to him and so in order to protect them he must find answers. This sends him on a journey to a mysterious island to meet The Elders, in order to find out their purpose and their connection to The Enlightened but also in order to fully explore and understand the extent of his abilities.
It is very dramatic and full of suspense; there is a lot of busy action scenes but also moments of eerie calm, serenity and clarity. Another brilliantly thought out and clever plot line, looking forward to the next installment!

wow. Good ending.

this was a nice end to the entire series! Sad it hasn't been updated in what two years? So I don't think we'll be seeing the sequel. the lack of Sequel and the somewhat flat performance of the reader is probably the only faults with this. great series!

Loved the story itself. But...

The narration, while not terrible, made the story a bit tough to follow. Not to mention, I think this book should have been narrated by a man and a woman. Also, the one issue I have with the story is the main character, Darren should have been older instead of just 21. Had it not been mentioned, I imagined him to be between 25-30.

Otherwise, the story was really cool and I felt like I was there...feeling all of the action and "phasing" out and into the quiet. Although I was a bit disappointed with the ending. it felt unfinished.

I'm officially in an audiobook funk

I am officially in an audiobook funk and I haven't started another audiobook since I finished this audio a week ago, I'm still in denial that its all over.
The Elders (Mind Dimensions #4) by Dima Zales is the concluding book in the Mind Dimensions Series, but I really hope more books in this series will continue. This series has do much scope to it and I think many books can still be written and it would make one amazing tv series or movie.
The Elders, contained Darren's story as he tries to find out who the Super Pusher is as the Super Pusher is threatening not just himself but also his loved ones. His family have kidnapped by the Enlightened in an attempt to get Darren to do what they want. Who can Darren trust?
Mr Zales again amazes me with his original, outstanding and fantastic story that is well written and he shows the character growth and development as the story progresses.
The Elders is thick with tension, suspense and Roberto Scarlato adds extra dimension and depth to the characters and story with his authoritative and confident voice.
This series is a 5 star read that I'd highly recommend to all and I would love it if the series continues.

Action-packed, definitely mind-blowing!

Where does The Elders rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I have listened to this audio book from the first series until this book 4 and it doesn't decline one bit, it became more suspense and thrilling.

What did you like best about this story?

What I like about the story is the consistency of the story-line, action and of course the cool protagonist Darren. From the simple thought reader then becoming a level 2? I never thought that that's why I am rooting what kind of unimaginable power there will be and I'm am not disappointed.

Which character – as performed by Roberto Scarlato – was your favorite?

Roberto is an excellent narrator and he states every words very clear. I like how he perform as Darren

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Oh my gosh, I do hope there will be a film about mind dimension it would be very cool! Actually I'm not good at making tag lines but I would be rooting to who would be the actor chosen as Darren.

Any additional comments?

I can feel there will be book 5, I can really feel it, hoping for the book 5 to come soon.

The Ultimate Mind Dimension Book!

Where does The Elders rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I think by far after reading Book 0 to 4 this one is my favorite only because I am already attached with the characters and I know their personalities and Darren has a big challenge in this one which brings a more adventurous side of him because it represents more of a challenge for him and lastly making the listening more intrigue and full of intense moments.

What about Roberto Scarlato’s performance did you like?

His narrative skills sometimes to emphasise some parts adds a lot of drama and suspenseful moments which when I'm listening to them they give me goose bumps. That is also because whenever I can I close my eyes and start listening to the chapters submerging myself in the story, creating the scenarios, emotions and situations described by Roberto.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I always had trouble to when stop listening to the chapters, I work and study which makes my free time reduced but these type of storylines can get me going for a while without being able to get my headphones off. I couldn't sadly to listen to it all in one sitting but is definitely one of those.

A top notch finale

It was so interesting, having read all the series I do think this one was the cherry on the top of this story.

I was amazed and at the same time overwhelmed by all the things that happened in this one, the action was super packed really, I loved the funny parts that were a decent amount, it did had a little drama and it was super edgy.

Really a good way to end Darren's journey and I felt good with the ending too it was perfect for it.
