Easy Read

Kudos to the 95 year old author (95 years old) for writing his first book. It is a coming of age book for an older couple who are reunited after many years. It is an enjoyable easy read. The narrator has a pleasant voice and does a great job.

Love

I read the printed version earlier and was pleased to listen to this story well told on audible. I always enjoy a second read and this did not disappoint. The author describes how love blossoms and couples find each other at every age whether they know they are looking for it or not. After the tragic loss of his wife and at the same time the onset of a serious medical problem and the anguish of the depression that followed, love found its way to the hero when least expected. The description of how it happened and the comfort and happiness of this love brought is an inspiration

I clean lovely story

At the age of 95 and his first book, this author, really knows how to weave a story. A story of loss, serious health problems and fight against depression the Hero finds new life from old love.
If you are looking for a easy listen this book is for you. No violence, no language and no over done sex scenes. What little sex scenes there was they was nicely done.
Totally enjoyed this well told story.
Narration is good. Love his deep voice. Giving each character their own distinguish voice. Great job Steven Miller.
Dick Rothschild at 95 you have done a wonderful job. Hope to hear more books from you like this one.

A coming of age tale, for adults

A coming of age story, not as a teenager, but as an older adult. Looking back over his life and forward to what lies ahead . A sweet story that addresses what faces us all, love and loss, on many levels.
