About this listen

All me and Gourry wanted was a peaceful little road trip, but we can’t take one step without wannabe heroes showing up to “vanquish” us! You’d think there was a bounty on our heads or—Wait, there IS?! Ah, crap. Better head to Sairaag to get this whole mess sorted out! Sure hope it’s just a big misunderstanding and not some complex plot by an old enemy to lure us into a—Wait, WHO issued the bounty? Oh, boy...

With Lina’s Voice Actor doing narration on a story being told from Lina’s point of view it feels a bit like i met Lina Inverse in a bar and got her to tell her story. super fun to listen to that way ^ ^

perfect voice choice

Man I love The Slayers so much, this was a really fun read! If I hadn't watched the anime I wouldn't have guessed the plot twists. Also happy Lina's English va from the anime VA'd the past 3 books. I'm fangirling!

This was another great little episode that somehow stays light despite... well, you'll see. Anyway, as with the previous episodes, my only complaints are that this was way too short and way too far apart in release time from the previous episode. Fortunately, these stories are very episodic and the information we all probably forgot over time is filled in as the new story is told so don't worry - you can still enjoy this is even if you've pretty much forgotten what happened in the first two episodes.
