Publisher's summary

My wedding hookup with my sister-in-law's brother should have been a rebound.

I should have listened to his exes.

A slow burn of adrenaline that will keep you buzzing until you can’t handle it anymore....

Worth the wait....

An animal under the sheets....

That’s what they claimed about Steven Sinclair on national TV.

He’s super successful, scheduled, and has rules about dating.

I’m only in Chicago for the wedding and to watch my niece for the week...but now he’s staying with me too.

The aching is too much...the heat too hot...the craving on the cusp of exploding.... But his father’s sins have consequences in Steven’s life.

And that means mine as well.

The Groomsman Billionaire is a one-night-stand-to-soul-mate romance between a billionaire and the woman who only wants him. Sexy and sassy with a guaranteed HEA. Please note this book was previously titled Sins of the Father.

I loved this book but it took me a while to get past the male voice. I just didn’t think it fit but I’m happy I stuck with the book because It was a good book.

Another Hit!!

I am devouring this series in audio! I loved it the first time around and now it's even better! Gregory and Stafanie did an amazing job and I was sad when the story was over! The emotions (and of course the steam) were off the charts! Can't wait to jump into the next!

Brilliant Story & Narration🎧 Gripping & Heartfelt!

I am loving Maggie Cole’s “It’s Complicated” series, each book features different lead characters, and this one is Steven and Harper’s story and it is full of surprises, and for me the biggest one was Steven who was a bit of a pecker head in “Forbidden Billionaire”. While he did somewhat redeem himself in that book but getting to know him in this book changed my perception of him completely and in a very positive way. He is a hardworking workaholic, and he makes a list that brings him unwanted attention, but he just ignores it. He and his sister Quinn are a united front when it comes to their father, aka the sperm donor, and he is trying to make his way into Steven’s life, or rather, he wants Steven in his life. Burned by her cheating ex, Harper lost almost everything, but no one knows how dire her circumstances are and she won’t ask for help, not even from her billionaire brother, Jamison. Harper is in Chicago for Jamison’s wedding and that is how she met Steven, the two hit it off right from the start. Then the newlyweds ask her to watch their daughter while honeymooning but they asked not only her, they asked Steven too. Steven has strong opinions about relationships and he does not do casual, but he seems to break his own rules with Harper. These two were great together and for each other, but she is going back to New York. I loved how everything played out in the book, also loved the complexity of the characters and storylines, besides the romance storyline there is the family drama with Steven and his dad, and a twist that was mind-blowing and well played. The writing and plotting is absolutely amazing in the book and there is plenty of drama, heartfelt emotions, some thrilling suspense, and steamy romance. Maggie Cole, thank you for another amazing story and an emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, Stephanie Kay and Gregory Salinas are the perfect cast to bring these characters and story to life. They do an amazing job portraying these characters, giving each a voice that suits their character’s persona perfectly, sounding believable and just as I pictured the characters to sound. Salinas’ Steven was spot on, he grasped every side of his personality and Kay did the same for Harper and aced in her role. Both were great performing the roles of the secondary characters. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance and had you feeling every single one. These entertaining storytellers are versatile voice artists and a pleasure to listen to. Their narration enhanced an already amazing story to another level. Thank you for another exceptional listen.

At First Sight Billionaire Romance

The Groomsman Billionaire by Maggie Cole is a love at first sight billionaire romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Stefanie Kay and Gregory Salinas. This is the fifth book in the It's Complicated series and can be read as a stand-alone.

I absolutely love Maggie's books! She does an amazing job pulling me into the story. I loved the relationship between Steven and Harper. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I can't wait to dive into the next book in the series Secret Mafia Billionaire so I can get Dmitri and Anna's story.

Stefanie and Gregory did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like billionaire romances, love at first sight romances, contemporary romances or romantic suspense.

Holy Hotness!

Well Ithink this whole series is great but book 4 and 5 so far are my favorites. The hero’s are so sweet and smokin hot. This book really pulled emotions out of me. I couldn’t stand Steve in book 4 and now I’m in love with him . He is the lead in book 5 and his character is deep and he ends up being so kind, loving and holy smoke he s hot. The story is really good and will keep you excited. It’s a must read! I will be reading this book again! Maggie Cole rocks!!!!

complications

Stephen is hansdome, rich, He oozes confidence, dominance, he is private about his life. Internally he is always second guessing his life .
He has a routine and a set of rules he follows religiously.
He doesn't want any complications and a serious relationship would throw him off.
Harper is divorced, insecure, why would her husband cheat? Wasn't she enough for him?
She comes into his life, having fun, getting him out of comfort zone.
But when he breaks his rules, he thinks he is becoming irresponsible and he feels his life is out of control.
Maggie Coles story goes into the minds of two that are insecure about themselves. It's interesting how she incorporates their thoughts and battles they have internally. The story is emotional, with family drama, betrayal, , and steamy. the friends are close knit and are there for each other.
Stephanie Kay and Gregory Salinas narration is very good. I enjoyed lIstening to this story.

Is complicated alright 😅

Mixed feelings about it.
The whole instalove is interesting in this book but since I haven't  listened to the first 4 maybe I'm missing something if the groomsmen is the brother in law of the protagonist I would think Steven and Harper met at some point before the wedding 😕
Pretty dramatic story specially Steven....I mean I get the whole "sperm donor" since I can relate to that but Steven is just wait too dramatic for the little things... I mean they just "met" and they only have a week to make it work!? Dude she's not working and I get it she's adorable and all but Steven needs to relax!! I do love the relationship between him and Harper. Over all is a good story full of feels, steam, family drama, betrayal another thing I do love about this book is how close all the friends are specially with one is not in a good place. The narration by Stefanie and Gregory was really good and would recommend this book but I suggest to listen in order even if the whole series are standalone.

Loosening the Ache

I. Love. This. Book! 💛❤💖 It's funny, poignant, steamy, dangerous (for the heart and body), and powerful as it shows the different kinds of "love" in the world. Not all love is created equal, as Steven, Harper, and their friends and family discover.

Right off the bat we get glimpses of the baggage Steven and Harper each carry. I love the immediate chemistry and how they fight that baggage to move forward in their lives, together and individually.

When their baggage wasn't dragging them down, I was laughing at the persistence of Harper's friends and family to convince her to relocate to Chicago and the occasional inappropriate joke.

I received an author's copy of the audio book. The narrators are Stefanie Kay and Gregory Salinas. I love both for their respective characters. The only thing that would've made the experience better is duet narration.
