Such a great resource!

This is a fantastic tool to have! It strikes a decent mix between having a lot of information to read and a good number of questions/journal replies. I like how they acknowledge obstacles that HSPs may have as well as strategies to assist them overcome those challenges...which is why the book's title, "The Empowered Highly Sensitive Person," is so appropriate.

Easy to listen and digest.

This is a fantastic tool to have. I like that the book addresses health issues, including how HSPs may confront the obstacle of doctors dismissing their worries and/or symptoms. That is something I can absolutely connect to, so knowing that others have been in similar situations is helpful.

Helpful workbook

This book is divided into two parts: an educational section and a worksheet for extremely sensitive persons. Although most of the information is a rehash of what you've probably already read if you're an HSP, it's still a good reminder. I haven't finished all of the activities in this book yet, but I have read it completely. I'm excited to get started on the workbook.

Communication tips and mindfulness.

So far, I'm really enjoying and learning a lot from this book. I feel genuinely visible, and I can identify to a lot of what the author says. It certainly makes me feel less alone. It's evident that I still have a lot of work to do in this area, but the author is patient and kind, and she makes a compelling argument for why it's worthwhile to seek your own recovery.

Great workbook!

I like how thorough it was described, as well as easy explanation where I may learn more. As I began to work through it for myself, my roommate and another friend began to believe they, too, were HSP....no surprise we all got along so well....

Highly recommend for HSPs

THIS BOOK IS AMAZING!! I work full-time and enjoy the flexibility of being able to work on it late at night before going to bed or whenever I choose. Definitely a must-listen for HSPs!

Informative audio.

This is, in my opinion, one of the most instructive books I've seen. I found that book was jam-packed with the knowledge to help me learn more and grow as a person as well as in a number of relationships, and figuring out how to do so effectively may be difficult. This book is extremely simple to listen and comprehend.
