Saved my relationship

I am not being overly dramatic here but honestly, I am convinced this book helped to save my relationship. A very fresh, modern and unique book. The advice given was realistic and easy to implement.

All women need this

No relationship is perfect. I love my fiancé so much but I also accept we constantly need to work at our relationship to ensure it remains happy and healthy ---- this book is a colossal help in this process.

Healthy

I had been together with my partner for 4 years and things were stifled, a little unhealthy and little niggling problems were getting the worse of us. This book helped to make sense of all, helped me deconstruct all, deal with issues and put it all back together to result in a happier, healthier and more adult relationship.

This book should be called How to have a healthy relationship because that is basically what it teaches you.

We SHOULD know this stuff - but most of us dont - or we forget. This book brought it all back to the forefront for me and I honestly think it saved me relationship with my boyfriend.

Wow

Despite seeing several good reviews in magazines, I wasn't sure what to expect from this book, I was afraid it would be the same cliché advice...but it definitely wasn't. The real life case studies are EXCELLENT and the methods I have learnt are already having a positive effect.
