For beginners, good blueprint for a foundation as some schools don’t necessarily teach all at once.

In the audio version, reading was fine but some complaints.

The space between the conclusion and beginning of chapters has this unnecessary pause. Better editing would have made this better.

Chapter 17, the reader clears his throat into the microphone.

The pauses or silence gives impression maybe lack of effort which isn’t the case.

This book has no technical details regarding BJJ, this book shares insights that can be argued to be time tested truths. A short read that flows really well, and often times, by no devious plan of the author, compels one to stop reading and reflect on the poignant passages through-out this book.
If you participate in JJ or are on the fence, this book is certainly belongs in ones library or stack of books.
