About this listen

From his Missouri farm, the boy traveled west. In his hand was a Navy Colt given to him by Jesse James. By his side was the old mountain man named Preacher, who would teach young Smoke Jensen everything he needed to fight like the devil and die like a man.

And in his heart...was vengeance.

His enemies destroyed everything he'd ever loved.

But they made one mistake.

They let Smoke Jensen live.

Performed by Mort Shelby, James Lewis, Sherri Simpson, David Coyne, Dylan Lynch, Thomas Penny, Tim Getman, James Konicek, Jason Stiles, Christopher Graybill, Jonathan Watkins, Richard Rohan, Ken Jackson, Steven Carpenter, Nanette Savard, Johann Dettweiler.

This was a fantastic Western. Conceptually classic, and everything you expect. I loved it. Great for lovers of the L'Amour dramatizations, if you don't mind it being a bit on the gritty side.

Great Western

Entering, however it doesn’t follow the written book but I understand it was done this way merely for entertainment which it clearly achieves

This book is more about Smoke. From the beginning when he meets Preacher and starts out. They go after the one responsible for killing his father and he thinks Luke. Also his first wife is in this book. He avengers her death too. This book starts it all. There are several narrators in this book. If my review is any help will you please click in the helpful link below. Thank you.

This is a great story, but too much cussing. If you are sensitive to "GD" bypass this book.

Lots of cussing
