Publisher's summary

What Would You Sell Your Soul For?

Llewyn Glass, a former Catholic priest, was deceived into making a deal with the Devil. Now, with Halloween looming, he must find a way to break the pact or be condemned to an eternity in Hell. Guided by the enigmatic and powerful Sister Abigail, Llewyn embarks on a perilous journey across the globe, confronting gods and monsters at every turn. Each step toward salvation demands a sacrifice, and the cost may be more than just his soul - but all of humanity.

For those who love Stephen King's The Stand and Needful Things, Neil Gaiman's American Gods, and Alan Moore's John Constantine from Hellblazer, then prepare for a wild adventure of suspense, horror, and courage.

Slightly Confused but Interested

I met the author and he seemed very nice, and the performance is fantastic but I am having trouble following the story.

The story seems to switch settings, plots and narrators randomly. For example : We go from the middle of the woods at night having a seance and before the sentence is complete we're on the way to Sister Abigail in the Vatican in a speeding car.

Who is sister Abigail? Why would the cab driver be driving like a mad man? What happened to the woods? How did we cross the entire globe in a single space? Why are we going to see Sister Abigail? How does this character know all of this information about us including the narrator's interpersonal relationships if we are just meeting for the first time.

Also who is speaking right now? it was the bar keep listening to a priest listening to a confession but now it's a fourth level of narration? Did we move back to the priest, or?

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
