One of the greats. not just from cozolino, but of

this was a great one to listen to! The way Lewis teaches through his own experience and therapy sessions with clients is amazing. The narrator is also the greatest, if not the best in articulating and inflecting upon the material. I praise them both. chapter 22 is perhaps one of the greatest listens you will have on all of Louis's books.

Pretty good, some simplifocations

Some over simplifications but a good read. I would pair it with The Developing Mind or another longer book by Daniel Siegal and a book called Symphony in the Brain (about neurofeedback).

Good book but annoying performance

The book is good but the narrator sounds like he should do a butter commercial. A little too sing-songy for neuroscience
