This is my least favorite book from this author only because it left me crying half the time. Such am amazing story that hits so close to home. Listen alone so everyone doesn’t see you balling your eyes out.

We meet Tanner in Collision and Avoidance and get little snippets of his story. Where is brother Chase is the golden boy, Tanner is simply known as “the other brother” not quite measuring up the same way as his brother and being a bit of a grump. Charlotte is running from her past and starting over. She runs into Tanner.

Both Tanner and Charlotte have to overcome some stuff to be together. It’s not easy for them but Tanner wants Charlotte in a way he’s never wanted anything.

I was a bit sad while listening to this. Because I have no read Kristen’s entire backlist. After going her team 2 years ago and meeting her this was a bittersweet moment for me. 🖤
