About this listen

They don’t fight for Spark City anymore. But they fight. They are The Outcasts.

Hiding in The Wastes, Erroh and his band of exiles must find a way to defend a city that they can never return to. But with Magnus adrift, his warriors decimated, all appears lost as Uden begins his march.

A world away, the deadly assassin, Aurora, is hunting down the man who stole her god’s eye.

Meanwhile, Spark City’s fall has already begun from within its own walls. As war bears down on them all, The Outcasts are running out of time and options. Can they survive long enough to stop Uden’s war before it burns them all, or will this be their final battle?

Imperfect but worth it

Story is as soul wrenching as ever, a few performance mistakes that got left in though still overall a stellar performance. Characters sound unique and I often got lost in it while listening

Enjoying this series so far!

Character development is pretty good and I enjoy the battles scenes. The Villan is intimidating and I appreciate the plot twists

Incredible-moving- funny-sad-happy-exciting

I love this entire series. I read the tangible books first and then listened. The first book is a little slower to get through but one you get towards the end of it your heart is merged with the characters and book two takes your heart and runs into book three. Can’t wait for book 4.

Great!

This series is underrated! It's a great read and the length of each book is a positive in my opinion.

a good listen but...

the premise seems to be bad things happen and then things get worse.. the reader gets a break only when there is (often) violent love making... take the "f" words out and you are minus a third of the story... having said all of that, it is a good listen with an original plot .. the narrator is excellent... overall, a good listen and worth the credit(s)...

The characters

Great story was hoping for a resolution but that didn’t happen, is there going to be another book? I hope so lots of unanswered questions.
