Go Caveman for diner
I have not tried a lot of diets to date, maybe afew of the BIG ones, and while I am more of a carnivore I am open to options. The paleo baking book teaching you how to eat in a very naturalistic way, harkening back to our most ancient ancestors.
If you are into paleo or are thinking of trying it, then this is the book for you. It has numerous recipies for you to try, and it details out every step perfectly. This is the best thing to listen to when preparing your meal, just put it on and follow instructions as you go. Before you know it you are eating just like a great big old cave man. Taylor's style makes it fun, and more than just a cookbook.
Clinger is slear and enunciates perfectly, and his style makes his reading of a cook book very complimentary to the material.
