Not a peaceful experience
Any additional comments?
I could not even make it thought the second chapter. If it had been a CD it would have gone out the window. Super frustrating with drawn-out, redundant examples and irrational statements and conclusions ("the opposite of love is fear"... no, it's hate). I could not listen to it any longer than I did... it did the opposite of support me to practice inner peace.
