The Prince of Red Glen is the second installment in the Red Glen series, consisting of books three and four.

In the continuing saga in the life of the mice who inhabit the picturesque town of Red Glen, Tony Price is once again put to the test as an invading army from the nearby town of St. Peter attempts to lay siege to Red Glen, hoping to claim it as compensation for the loss of their own town in the wake of the war at Greening colony. A daring and ambitious raid has robbed Tony of nearly half his army and there is no time to enlist the aid of cats, dogs or any other allies. The fate of Red Glen rests in the hands of Tony, his devoted soldiers and a band of brothers known only as Hawks.

Time is short and the odds are long. Will Tony rise to victory, or lead his army to their doom?

If you could sum up The Prince of Red Glen in three words, what would they be?

Book 2 is as entertaining as Book 1. It is a good follow up for this series

Once again there is a war in Red Glen. Our mouse commander,Tony Price, picks up his sword and prepares to save his people from the likes of the 'Betrayans' (cute name). On the day after his wedding he finds that village mice have been mousenapped by Brawn,a terrifying mouse who holds a grudge that Tony didn't come rescue his town.Tony had no idea they needed help, but nothing will deter Brawn.Through an underwater opening word gets back to Red Glen and the war ensues.William L Sturdevant is great with all the voices in this series.I do wonder how all these mice,English,Irish,New Jersey ish,etc all came to be in one town.Anyway,in the end we have Red Glen back and many mice with new titles just in time for the next book.
I was given this book free for an honest review.
