On the spot!
I liked that John spoke about things everyone can do. We just get so busy sometimes in the day to day and forget about the ground work. This is truly a key point for success. I belong to a millionaire mind design group and one of the things we learned in that group was to look to the people in your group for ideas. It is like what John talks about, ask the people that work for you what they think. Many times they have wonderful insightful ideas about how to make things run better. I love the book and will go over it again and again to make sure I am doing all I can do to make my business a success. Thank you John!

Absolutely Loved It!

Great book
This is a very informative book about what it takes to start and run a buisness. It discusses some very fundamental principles and problems in running a buisness. Thank you John Mautner for your honesty on your buisness experience.
One principle which I have actually read about in other books is "If you try to be everything to everyone you run the risk of being nothing to noone." Also the basic trait of being a entrepreneur is determination.

Eye Opening
The points he touched on are very simple things that can be implemented that really make a difference with your companies bottom lime. The book definitely encouraged me to do the things I been putting off

At chapter 3 I had impression I just hear only “you know”, I mean”, “you know”, “I mean” podcast-like, although advertised as audiobook. Could make it further.

Great book, wish there was more details
The book has a lot of great tips and tools, the only issue is there is no information about the author outside of the book. Overall the stories were good, the delivery was nice and the voice refreshing.
