About this listen

This book is the product of law enforcement training and experience combined with decades of martial arts training.

No sport or theory-based training can keep you safe when self-defense is the only thing that matters. The core of this book is the International self-defense program, COBRA-Defense.

I think this was great fundamental principles presented in a clear concise way. I forwarded copies of this to folks I know, I don’t think this way, and it’s not presented in a scary type of way but more in a acceptable realistic terms.

I can empathize and relate to what Chris talks about, and I find myself having similarly worded conversations, so it’s good to hear it from someone else as well.

Good brain food

The information included is extremely helpful and such a great reminder for everyone.
Some of this stuff is (or should be) common sense that we get busy with life and forget about.
I can’t wait to share all the new information I learned with my loved ones.

Very good information!!
