Tristan and Morana are so cute together and so in love....I love it
it's crazy to know she was one of the kids kidnapped and then returned to the wrong man apparently, her dad is not actually her father ....
crazy plot twist no wonder he tried to kill her, damn
but Tristan always looked out for her and protected her even from a far......he said he hated her but he never really did....it's not her fault he killed his own father to protect her when she was a baby.....damn
it's a slow burn especially in book one where they 1st official meet and in book 2 the spice is a lot more and so delicious

The author would take 10 minutes to explain something so small. It’s almost like it’s a poetry story . I found myself skipping parts when it dragged, and the worst part is when I skipped 1-3 minutes in the author was still writing about the dang part. The book is great, but gah I wish I would have skipped because I was frustrated.

You ever wrap up a duet of a book and feel empty. this book was everything I needed from book one. their story was sexy, unique and kept me on my toes from page 1. it was fast paced and the perfect plot for a dark mafia universe
