He's a master of disguises...but he can't mask true love.

Spymaster Harry Harmon's new assignment is to spy on enemies at a country house party. To do that, he'll require a courtesan: learned, truthful, and beautiful....

As is Expected

This is the 2nd installment of the Truly series. I thought the story delightful and witty. I was engaged from the beginning to the end. The main characters are well fleshed out and likable. Pippa Rathborne's narration is once again excellent. She makes the audio animation seem effortless. And I know this because after recording myself reading a paragraph of something which I wrote, which took many many many takes and it still was not acceptable. After my debacle, I have new found respect for the art of narration. It is not at all effortless or easy. And to make it seem so takes a very skilled craftsperson. Pippa Rathborne brings these character to life. She brings the art of nuanced performance to a higher degree. Brava!!!
