About this listen

Micah: Constantine Ross is a cocky, provoking little...yeah. And I swear, I'd think that even if his family's business wasn't my biggest competition. It's time someone taught the man a lesson or two about life. At least that's what I tell myself when I offer him a job. Call it my good deed for the year...maybe the century.

But now he's in my shop. In my space. In my every damn thought. In. My. Bed.

And how the hell am I supposed to resist him?

Constantine: I'll be the first to admit I've royally screwed up, but what can I say? I was a stupid teen who lost his dad and spiraled out of control. Almost a decade later, I'm still trying to make amends. The last thing I need is my family's arch-nemesis wading into my life like he's got all the answers. Except...I really need money, and the arrogant jerk offered me a job.

I can deal with Micah's attitude. My attraction to him? That's different. He's my boss, not my boyfriend. And he's way too old for me. But God, he's gorgeous. Dominant. Compelling.

I don't want to want him.... But I can't turn away.

This was a great story. And I continue to love both narrators, Alexander Cendese and Iggy Toma.

Great book

Iggy & Alexander are the perfect narrators for characters Mika & Constantine! This is my fave May Archer book and the audio solidified it even more! A fantastic age gap, grumpy/sunshine romance!

Fantastic!!

This was a surprise in the overall series, which, from the beginning story of Ev and Silas, I am on the bandwagon all the way. The story here took a kind, thoughtful tone I didn't think would be matched until the pairing (finally!) of Parks and Jamie. Great character development and, well, Angela is a force of nature. Too bad there wasn't more of Jules in this one, but it is great as a stand alone, too. Now where is O'Learly, exactly? b/c I need to move!

Can I say the better book of the series

Con and Micah were awesome, but I think that Con’s mom was portrayed a little too extreme. She was too shrill at the beginning and then changed too much too quickly at the end with all of her growth happening off page. Otherwise a great book.

Loved the main characters

Con is so dang funny. I love that he calls his mom mama, and he's so sweet to her even though she's holding him back. I love that Micah is older and how much of a caretaker he is. This story is adorable!

I love the narrators Alexander Cendese and Iggy Toma. They really enriched this beautiful story. Sometimes dual narration takes away from the story, but these two work so well together that it was seamless.

Adorable!

So loved this installment of Love in O'Leary, headed by Constantine Ross & Micah Bloom! An extremely creative drama drawing two men -- loaded with their personal/business dealings -- into an interesting saga leading to their very own HEA!!

If you're desiring a juicy story, with several nutty, well-meaning townsfolk thrown in, this will more than suffice! Julianne's younger brother has much to learn about communication, commitment, and forgiving oneself..., and Micah's just the man to show him. Excellent!!

Sweet, Sexy Story..., More Love in O'Leary!!!

I loved everything about this story. Two souls finding each other.
Narration is great for both main characters

Destiny love story

I usually keep my expectations low when I start with an author I haven’t heard of. This was a sweet surprise. I always love to see the growth of characters & the growth between four characters in particular were so beautiful. It made me think about my own life & where I could learn to let go a little. Give it a try! Can’t guarantee you’ll love it but I certainly did.

A beautiful surprise

I was hesitant to read this story after seeing a review that they were a May/Dec couple. That is not true. How old was that reviewer? Con was 24 at the beginning and Micah was 40. But I was super curious how competing businesses would be believable enough. It turns out very. This book was so well written (minus the niece’s birthday party). Even though Con started with working for Micah, I never felt there was an unequal base in their relationship. And somehow, I learned to like Con’s mom at the end, because wow, she was a *****. We saw a glimpse of that in a prior book.

The narrators did a good job with the exception of the birthday party. They did awful with children’s voices.

Unexpectedly great story

It has a similar theme a lot of modern “romance” books have which is bad communication between the couple. It’s so boring and overplayed. Had to roll my eyes when constantine was mad at all the things micah had done for him because how could anyone possibly see any of thise things as bad in any way smh. The “fight” was unnecessary and just made the book seem more like a lot of other ones out there. Nothing particularly interesting or special about this book in particular. The 2 main characters are great but the “problems” were whatever. Low angst which is good. Very lighthearted and sweet.

Bad communication typical
