A Missed Opportunity
I have the book and it goes in depth, with self talk script examples. I kept waiting to see if those jewels were included in this audio and to my surprise, it was a missed opportunity. However, his other audiobook is incredible.

Years ago when I was depressed following a divorce, this information gave me insight and direction on making "life" better. Choose what makes you happy by making good choices and repeating positive self-talk daily. It works !

Amazing!
This book has helped me in so many ways! I'm so glad I was introduced to this book because I had no idea.
