I like best that the author really knows how an insomniac feels and thinks. Many times, I laughed because what the author described is exactly what comes to my mind when I has insomnia. It's like reading my own mind.

Best thing for insomnia!
This book really helped me to change my relation to sleep and insomnia. Their approach is so different than the do this, quit that from other sources. I couldn't recomended enough
