This was one of our first purchases for our toddler, and for over a year this is his go to choice. By chapter 8 he falls asleep: almost perfectly in line with the main character. Many a challenging night are saved by this audiobook.

This book is full of words and descriptions of dinosaurs and dinosaur children settling down and snuggling in for the night and my daughter rarely makes it to the end of this short book. The power of suggestion seems to work and it puts her to sleep. I love this book and my daughter knows when I put this book on, she won't last long, so she protests. We listen to another book like frog and toad and then back to Sleepysaurus so she'll go to sleep and I can relax.
