Stop swapping narrators in the middle of established series

Story is great and provides a satisfying conclusion to this saga with most plot points wrapped up, but the new narrator was so off-putting that I stopped after 30 minutes and just bought the Kindle version instead. I know RC Bray has lowered his output due to health issues but I’d rather have waited for his version than been handed this weak knockoff instead. Why is this so hard for audiobook publishers to understand? The Fallen World Series just pulled the same nonsense by swapping Mark Boyett for Christopher Ryan Grant. They’re both good but are 100% NOT interchangeable. Knock it off, Publishers.

great take on an invasion story where humans are the agressors

I enjoyed this series and all the characters the world building was very believable as an alien race I could relate to. This has become one of my favorite trilogies

Excellant

Great finish to an exciting story. Yes it's not Bray, and it was great anyway, and I hope to see Peter Berkrot on more of Richard Fox's work, I think the writing and narrating styles mesh well.
well narrated and well written, I'll be relistening to this series regularly. Well done Mr. Fox and Mr. Berkrot.

Author phoned it in

I've read many books from this author. I really liked the first two books in this series. This last one feels rushed amd not well thought out. I've listened to the other two several times. This book pretty much ruined the series for me.

Great Story, but why did you change Narrators?!

Great series, but this new Narrator is no good! Why would you change Narrators on the third book?

Complete Story

The characters in this book are so interesting, the whole Tyr society is so alien yet so familiar and the story itself leaves little to nothing yet to tale. I love a good action sci-fi that doesn't leave you hanging all the time. Sure there are lots of stories that could come out of this background but the story of how the Tyr almost lost thier world but where saved by a determined few is complete. I'll definitely give the whole series a whole listen as one again.
Also, the switch in narrator wasn't too jarring. The new guy does an excellent job. After the 1st hour I was fully on board with the switch.

Excellent series with thorough completion

Richard Fox finishes the series that revolved around a family split by warfare, Warfare brought on by unbridled capitalistic Earth militarist corporations hellbent to wipe an entire sentient species from their planet to make way for another occupier. By splitting the family, he was able to create separate plot-arcs for each member that imbued an ample amount of interest in following their turmoil. The ending took a circuitous path for each member, often including other characters who, themselves were written in a sardonic manner that made the telling humorous to the point of hilarity.

Peter Berkrot's performance was excellent.

NEVER change narrators

I absolutely loved the 1st and 2nd books, but I really struggled with this one unfortunately 😔. The new narrator truly ruined the book....he's just so whiney sounding and his female voices should never be repeated.
