A valuable Resource

I never really acknowledged that I had ADHD until I was an adult. It seems obvious now, but I just dindt know. And that means that I didn't start learning as much about it until recently. This book did a phenomenal job of filling in some f the gaps in my knowledge, all while feeling very relatable and pertinent to the way I experience life on a daily basis. So much more of how I interact with the world makes sense now. I highly recommend this book for any man who wants to turn the way their mind works into a superpower instead of a hindrance.

Such a Great Help.

I told a friend who has adult ADHD about this audiobook, and it really changed things for him. These techniques can really help out everyone

The audio coves on how this adhd doesn't define our identity and we can manage perspectives while understanding theres a difference of myths and actual understanding. There isn't a one size fits all, many of us have different experiences from energy levels to personality. You get to learn that sometimes restlessness or impulsivity can actually have huge benifits. Just because we might have one component of difference we can still regulate our aspects of our environment. This audio teaches how to channel what we feel is critical needs to transform them into assets. Your going to like this and the narrator was really good.
