A great boost for weight loss!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the this audiobook surprised me in a really good way. The sessions are very calming and helped me shift the way I think about food. It motivated me and helped me stick to my goals. I started listening to them at night, and overtime I noticed I felt less drawn to emotional eating and more confident in my food choices. I also didn’t seem to be thinking about food as constantly as I had previously. I really like this. I’m gonna keep with it, it’s very supportive and it’s definitely changing my mental relationship with food. I think you should give it a try.
