Do you have what it be a positive thinker??

The audiobook "The Winning Habits of Positive Thinkers " focuses on what it means to be positive thinker. It addresses the issue of mental toughness and how that affects positive thinking, It also discusses what happens when you decide to engage in self-sabotage. Self-sabotage is detrimental to an individual and the audiobook emphasises this. The audiobook also discusses various strategies of self-sabotage and why these strategies would be beneficial to the person trying to be a positive thinker. The audiobook is great for the person who wants to hear positive affirmation to keep themselves on track and to stay focused. It is also great because it discusses how many tasks the brain can do at one time. This information is great to know for those who think they can multi-task effectively even when they have so many of their brain tabs opened at once. I loved that the audiobook brought up the issue of mental toughness and what it meant. To be mentally tough you must think positively.

Achieve your goals and live healthy

I loved understanding the science behind positive thinking. It has become a sort of buzz word lately, so it was such a breath of fresh air to get a balanced perspective.
