Publisher's summary

A Warhammer 40,000 audio drama collection.

Mankind rightly rules the galaxy - but there are many aliens who would see that reign end, from the savage orks to the subtle aeldari....

Discover the ways in which many of the Imperium's alien enemies wage war across a collection of full-cast audio dramas that showcase the aeldari, the orks and the T'au Empire.

Many are the xenos foes who plague mankind's Imperium. Ancient races which once ruled the galaxy, such as the aeldari and necrons, lurk in the darkness, awaiting their chance to reclaim what was once theirs. Younger races like the upstart T'au Empire grow in power and influence, ever eager to topple humanity and take their place. And across the galaxy, the savage orks wage brutal war, fighting all in their path simply for the joy of battle. This audio drama anthology contains eight tales of the aeldari, the orks and the T'au Empire. From the adventures of a greenskin mekaniak and his madcap entourage to a journey into a shattered aeldari craftworld and a tale of a war-damaged t'au bent on revenge, each of these immersive audio dramas will give you new insights into the aliens of the 41st Millennium.

Great value for 40k fans!

Pro: 1 credit gets you 6(?) audio dramas, including Prophets of Waaagh, and Hand of Darkness, two of my favorites.
Con: The audio leveling of these versions of the listed audio dramas seems to be different from their singular releases, necessitating volume adjustment.

All Xenos tales, except for one...🙁

4 Aeldari stories, 2 Ork stories, 1 T'au Empire story, 1 Imperial guard story?... As a big T'au fan, I know there are two audio books that exist, yet I was very disapointed when the 1 imperial guard audio book kicked it.

To know this is the XENOS's story audio collection, WHY on earth is there a kreig corp. story in here!? Replace that with the 2nd T'au Empire audio book instead please. Ridiculous!

Otherwise, over all I was entertained with is all, ESPECIALLY the 1st audio story from the Orks' side.😂 Gold m8!

flavourful but needs depth

This all flavour no substance kinda of book. it's great for getting a feel of being in 40k and a great background listen for more doing stuff around the house. if your looking for an intense full listen or a specific type of listen it may not be the best for that.

Great collection of Short Stories

Sure you can buy them separately, but why. These are full production stories as well.

Excellent quality short stories collection!

Mainly pick this up for the Orks but pleasantly satisfied with all stories. Excellent audio production too, not just regular unabridged stories!

Good collection of short stories.

A nice spread of xenos stories. Tyranids are excluded from this which is fine. Lots of eldar stories but they seem to be a little weaker in the collection.

Mostly good, recommendation for Xeno players.

Most stories were good, with 'Prophet of the Waaagh' being quite fun. Some had great voice acting in sounds, other were fine. only issues were the 4th and last book.

4th book follows our characters from the first story, but really drops the ball in voice acting. The deep, savage guttural speech was lost, and can be very distracting when all the characters sound like grots.

The final story was not as distracting, but is left open-ended, presumably to leave a game scenario in its place, thus not giving the listener an end.

overall, the collection is worth the read, dragged down only by these two examples.

very realistic documentary

i really enjoyed, especially the documentary about the greenskin creatures known as orcs; as the west arms Zelensky, this proved very valuable intel into the Ukrainian psychology 1

We Need More Xenos!

Performances were all great and the production made the stories MUCH more fun and immersive...especially the first few Ork stories!
