A fun romance

Internet dating and first dates, what could possibly go wrong? Chelsea decides to put herself out there to find that one person she's meant to be with. Surprisingly, she ends up meeting more than one guy that could be the one for her. I love that the author leaves it up to the reader to decide the ending!

I loved the choose your ending thing!

this book was full of laughs, and pitfalls. I mean who hasn't ran in to someone like Mer-man? I loved her nick mans for her dates, totally something I would do. I found her adventure fun, and a great way to spend an evening or two listening to this.
I was a little upset that her and Colby finished so fast. I really liked him.
Not to spoil the endings, but I did pick one. He wasn't my favorite of all the guys, but i figured he would do. I heard to all the endings, and I am every glad I did! tho I do wish endings where a little longer.
This was my first time hearing Lori Prince. I highly enjoyed her narration.

Loved the story, hated the ending

This is one that will make you laugh outloud at some points and if you're stuck I the dating world you'll totally he able to relate. The main cha6is relatable, the narrator great, but the ending was a big disappointment to me. just pick one already!

funny and sweet!

I loved this book! Super funny but sweet at the same time- I was hooked on this story. Anyone who has ever had a disastrous date will be able to find a lot of humor in this story. The narrator was amazing! Loved this book and can't wait to check out more by this author and more books by this narrator!

Wow

Honestamente me sentí identificada con algunas de sus situaciones, y tuvo un final interesante, es un libro para ti, donde el final termina como quieres.

Fun and Insightful story

I got this ARC via audiobook boom and this is my voluntary review. This was a fun quick listen. It showed many of the problems with online dating but in a fun way. It also showed how you can learn from each date and also be prepared to not have a second date if you don't feel comfortable. I am glad that her next to the last choice was the best choice for her roommate and that the date she finally married was just perfect for her. I also love that even after deciding that they took a year to get to know each other before getting married. My experiences with online dating have been terrible but I keep waiting for the man that God wants me to have. The narrator was perfect for this book.

Loved the idea of this book, had to read....

The option of choose your own ending was a novel approach. I use to enjoy reading those books as a kid. I really only like 1 of the endings though. "I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review."

Choose your Happily Ever After

This was a fun listen. Hearing the nicknames that our main character gave to each of her first dates was probably my favorite part. If you're interested in listening to a series of bad first dates with a few good guys thrown in - this is a good choice for you. Overall, I felt the story moved a bit too slowly for my tastes and there were very limited feelings involved in this dating process. Sure, there was some chemistry, but everything was surface-level and the listener's "Pick a Romance" choice isn't choosing between who she has deeply conflicting feelings for - it feels more like she is choosing which car to buy based on its traits.
I liked the concept and obviously listened to all of the endings. The one with the plot twist was my favorite!

An Engaging, Entertaining Listen

I loved the voice acting. It made the story come alive.

Listening to Chelsea's story was like listening to a girlfriend talk about her dating life. She touches on the scary parts of dating, the hear-pounding and fluttering, the excitement. There were times when I wanted to tell her to screw being polite and get herself out of there. There was a point where the dating got a little monotonous, but the story sped back up when the men started running in to each other.

The choose-your-own-ending part of the book was a huge bonus! I had to listen to all of the endings, of course.

Mild spoilers:
The part of the story where Chelsea hits someone in the head with a mini golf ball and she and her date laughs hard is hilarious. Oh my god.

Pick Your Happy Ending!

Chelsea vows to be married by the end of the year and turns to the internet to find Mr. Right. Along the way, she also finds LOTS of Mr. Wrongs. After narrowing down the field to four, this is where the listener comes in. We get to decide who she chooses. What a unique twist! I loved Lori Prince as the narrator and thought that she did a great job with the story and characters. The Year I Dated The Internet was a fun romantic comedy and a great listen. I would recommend this.
