It is probably the best (if not the only) book on Yogic lifestyle. Simple yet very profound. So many aha moments through out the books. Many practical tools provided.
Narration is crisp and clear. You might actually think that it is actually being narrated by Yogi Cameron himself. Full marks to the narrator there.
I have listened to this audio book multiple times already.
So why only 4 stars ?
Its the marketing . The website that the author promotes for the resources is not free. It requires you to signup for a membership which is free for the first 10 days and then 67 dollars per month there on wards.
Yes you read it correctly that's an whopping 67 dollars per month($804 per year). Some of the tools/practices that he mentions in the book would be difficult practice until unless you see a demo video (if you are already an yoga practitioner you might get by).
Apart from the above aspect this audio book is top notch. Its a must listen for all of us who are on the spiritual journey.
