Depressing

The story is too depressing for me. Scott Brick does his usual outstanding job as narrator which made the story all the more horrific to me. If you like psychological novels, this would be a good one. I was hoping for something more inspiring about therapy.

Narrator Over the Top

The narrator was so overdramatic it distracted from the story. The story itself was not able to keep me interested.

Voice was over the top

The voice over acting had a strange cadence to it. it seemed too forced with too much emphasis. The overall story was interesting and making it into a performance, not just a reading, was cool at times. However, it was just too much, almost like a scare tactic.
