A must read if you’re battling depression

I have been battling depression for a while now and wanted to read some books that would help me. This book caught my attention and touched me in a different way from other books. I’m half way through the book and these exercises make me feel like I can breath for the first time in a very long time. It speaks to my heart. I truly recommend.

This book is secretly christian!

I have religious trauma from christianity. This book started pushing religious beliefs and although it said that it does not want to change beliefs, the chapter ended with telling listeners to study the bible. It is a religiously motivated book and nowhere does it advertise itself as such. No trigger warning for people loke myself that left christianity for good for GOOD AND DEEP reasons! I am incredibly disappointed! I will try to get my credit back. I am suicidal, I thought I needed this book, but it left a disgusting feel in my mouth.
