A great resource guide

I heartily urge everyone to read this book
This audiobook provides insightful guidance on how to let go of the things in life that impede our pursuit of happiness. My outlook has started to improve, and I have more self-confidence than ever since I listened to this book. This book's narrator did such an excellent job; her voice makes me think of my mother. I heartily urge everyone to read this book. It is one of the few self-help books that has genuinely caused me to pause and re-evaluate my choices and my assessment of myself and others. I'm less critical of myself now, but I'm also making healthier lifestyle choices out of choice rather than need. Definitely recommended especially if you feel like you're up against yourself!

A guide to self-love
This self-love and self-improvement audiobook combines the perfect duo of mindfulness and meditation to clarify self-love and confidence. I highly recommend this book, as it is such an important topic and everyone should be aware of it. This audiobook was awesome! I enjoyed the 50 statements that you tell yourself to love yourself more and convince your mind that you are truly valuable. When you love yourself, you open the doors to loving others which is one of the main points in this book and that's all we really want out of life, love and be loved. The mirror technique is unsual as I had never heard of this technique so I recommend you listen to this besides the rest of the content. This is a must listen!

Perfect listen to grow in self-love
This lovely listen had me reflect on the way I treat myself, both consciously and on a subconscious level. All my life I've restricted myself when it came to growing in self-love. It is difficult for many of us to put ourselves first when necessary, and I for one have struggled with accepting what I am worth and who I am. This book has everything you need to make your way to a greater sense of self. It's affirmations and tips promote the change of a limited mindset when it comes to accepting that we deserve it all, no matter what, as well as being a reminder that loving ourselves allows us to understand others even more and spread love around. A beautiful and positive listen on a path to personal growth.
