The support women need!!
As I was listening to this audiobook, it's clear that the author has a true understanding of what the readers have been through. There’s so much self love fluff out there with vague suggestions about how to improve. This book on the other hand is well structured, concise and actionable. I highly recommend it!!

My wife, who received the book as a present from me, listened to the audiobook and, as you can see from the following excerpt from her review. The book "Self-Love for Women" by Krystina Rivera was one of my favorites for the year. She does an excellent job of demystifying the process of loving oneself, breaking down the process into its fundamental parts, and making it available to everyone. Her focus on the need for self-acceptance, self-compassion, and forgiveness struck a chord with me in particular. It is of the utmost importance to put these ideas into practice so that you may construct a foundation for yourself that will assist you in becoming the finest version of yourself.
The audiobook had an excellent narrator who brought the story to life. I could concentrate on the material and give the words time to sink in since the narrator had a soothing and easygoing tone of voice, which is ideal for a book on loving oneself. Anyone interested in bringing more acceptance and tranquility into their life will benefit from listening to this audiobook, in my opinion.

Beyond the Buzz Word!
This is a great book, addressing an important topic. The author really does go beyond the “buzz word”, or phrase self-love. “It’s not just about bath bombs and scented candles” - totally sums up the premise. This book provides so many useful techniques to get to healthy relationship with your self, highly recommend!!
