lack of root cause substance

the narrator began very condescending and rude. it didn't analyze lateness from a health perspective and didn't give any root cause ideas. just went on about how rude late people are and self centered, which I don't feel that way. was hoping this would analyze depression or tough events as a root cause. his voice likened up after about chapter 2 but still didn't have the substance I was looking for.

Very useful Information!

I've listened to other time-management audiobooks which were unhelpful and some I did not even complete because it was just useless. This book helps you to identify the sources of your habit and gives you straightforward solutions to solve and correct the habit of lateness.

Additionally, I enjoyed the fact that this audiobook is short and to the point, which allows you to gain the knowledge that you need to get a jumpstart on creating a new healthy habit of punctuality.

waste of time

This book is absolutely trash. It's not based on any evidence. It's based completely around shaming and the author is incredibly condescending. It's also apparently directed towards married men because every example uses this scenario. The author clearly doesn't understand why people actually struggle with being late and has no empathy for or interest in actually helping people overcome their bad habits. The author writes from the point of view that chronically late people are selfish and being late is intentional and rude and you should be more courteous to other people. Entirely unhelpful. The narrator was also awful. I couldn't even focus on what was being read because it was so monotone or the inflection was in the wrong place. Siri could have done a better job. That's saying a lot considering I don't even own an iPhone.
