Publisher's summary

Can they trust each other enough to survive the dangers that confront them?

“Tis a truth I must warn ye of. I love ye, and tis brutal that ye are alive three hundred years away.” (Magnus, 1702)

Magnus and Kaitlyn try to begin their life together but there are dangerous forces that must be reckoned with. A time-journeying vessel that they can't seem to control. And a long history that stands between them.

Magnus has found love and a home in 2017 - but what happens to Kaitlyn if she travels to 1702?

“I’m right here, on you, flesh and blood. I am yours, and time and space don’t matter. We transcend. That is the truth of it.” (Kaitlyn, 2018)

A contemporary romance with even more 18th-century history and a bit more sci-fi, Time and Space Between Us is the second book in the Kaitlyn and the Highlander series.

If you love mysterious, sexy, hunky heroes with desperate hearts and romantic thoughts, heroines with courage who are also very ordinary disasters, and love stories that encompass all time, then you’ll love this romantic series. Listen on as Kaitlyn and Magnus begin to trust each other by getting a copy of this audiobook today.

Honeysuckle

Funny, sexy, witty, and funny. I can’t stop listening to these books. It only took 2 days to listen to because I was so excited about hearing the second book. Totally in love with this series. I am once again looking forward to the next book.

Enjoying this series

I am loving this series. I am a Campbell and it makes me want to revisit Scotland and see the things my ancestors have seen. Diana Knightley’s characters are fleshed out richly and feel like people I could know. I love Keira Stephens voice; as she makes all the characters come to life. I recommend anyone looking for a fun, event filled, history lover jump into this series. You won’t be disappointed.

Loving this series

So much better than the first book. Kaitlyn has grown a lot more, while Magnus is still as protective for those he love. Lots of action and adventure, was enjoying it so much I didn't want it to end. Happy there's more books to come. Keira Stevens continues to impress with how well she narrates both male and female roles.

Fantastic!!

I have eyed this series for awhile and went back and forth if I wanted to start it. Is this going to be another Outlander?

As it turns out...this was the binge series I was looking for!! It was so surprisingly fun and enjoyable!

Excellent book 2

I was so excited to see where the story was to go after the wild ending of book 1, book 2 did not disapoint! The narrator is excellent, she truly embodies the story and gives it life!

The adventure continues

This second book in the series was definitely better than the first. Kaitlyn's character was a great deal more mature thus more to my liking. A lot happened in this book but the questions I wanted answers for after book one, about the vessel and Magnus's mother and father, remained unfortunately unanswered. There was intirque, battle and the everyday brutal reality of 1702's Scotland for Kaitlyn to experience and she got her emotional scars to prove it. I found Magnus's mother a very controversial character and couldn't decide yet if she was a supervillain or just a great manipulator who contemplates history through time and space. I didn't get my answers only more questions but still decided to go on with the next book as there was enough development to keep my interest.

Kaira Stevens's narration is still phenomenal. Her accents are magnificent, her voice is pleasant and good to listen to.

The dramatic and fun saga continues

I was highly entertained by this second book of the “Kaitlyn and the Highlander” series, which must be read in order. The drama and danger increases compared to book 1, and the writing is just as great as I expected. Basically, this time travel romance series is for readers who wish Outlander didn’t have a love triangle. The heroine Kaitlyn is a modern Floridian lady in her early 20s who only has one man in her life: Magnus Campbell, a Scottish warrior from the early 1700s. I love how the plot is sometimes unpredictable, and I love the details of living on Amelia Island, Florida. This book ends at a nice stopping point without a cliffhanger. I am hooked, and I recommend this series to readers who want a lighter Outlander and are fine with fewer historical details.

I think that Keira Stevens was the perfect narrator for this book. She really could sound like Americans and like Scottish men, and she delivered Magnus's dialogue in such a romantic, sexy way. She also makes all of the characters sound distinctive and easy to distinguish by ear.
