About this listen

James Dixon pairs up with Justin Henry for the third book in the Titan trilogy.

Titan Screwed provides a look at the WWF from January 1997 through WrestleMania XIV, covering every major element of the WWF's evolution into the Attitude Era.

Stories detailed include the rise of Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels losing his smile, the heel turn of Bret Hart, WWF vs. ECW with Jerry Lawler pulling the strings, the death of Brian Pillman, Austin vs. Tyson, the seedy story elements that overtook WWF programming, the birth of the nefarious Mr. McMahon, and of course, Montreal: the build-up, the secret plotting, the match, the moment, and the aftermath in all of its incredible details.

Exclusive author-conducted interviews for Titan Screwed include Ken Shamrock, Rob Van Dam, Jim Cornette, "The Patriot" Del Wilkes, Dr. Tom Prichard, Danny Doring, former ECW owner Tod Gordon, and many more.

Listened to all 3 and enjoyed reliving all the magic that was made back in the late nineties. Definitely a great listen worth the credit or funds!

Sad to see this as the end

this guy can't say any names right. all he has to do is watch the product to get the names down, nope in all 3 books he can't say a name right to save his life

learn to say the names right

The two books proceeding this one in the trilogy were better. This didn't feel chronological when telling the story. This book felt more rushed, & scattered time-wise. A good listen/read for anyone familiar with wrestling, but could be very confusing to someone that’s not.

More scattered than previous in series

the whole Titan series came off as negative. way too many stories lifted from other books in the series ( audio makes that easy to spot). also too many WCW tangents... bischoff and NWO and Hogan stories were mostly unnecessary.

writer has an ax to grind

....narrorate wrestling books! so many names pronounced incorrectly. I could have done a better job and actually know who people like Jim Neidhart (not KNEED-hart) and Don Muraco (not Murra-co) are. good book though.

please stop getting non-wrestling fans to...
