Incredible Guide!

Excellent resource!
The audiobook is an excellent resource for busy moms. I had this for my wife, and she loved it. She has been very encouraged by it. It contains practical and valuable information covering all aspects of maintaining a balanced and productive lifestyle. It is very well written and well thought out. The narration is excellent too. It's worth checking it out.

Busy mom here!
I have tried it all when it comes to figuring out how to create a daily life that isn't crazy and run by my last-minute need to panic and herds my children like cats out the door by the skin of my teeth. This is my new best friend!! Not only is it speaking my language with fewer steps and more action, but I have also finally found a way to implement minimalism into my life from someone that actually knows about life with kids. I have raging ADHD and a need to be perfect. So my daily life can easily be summed up as brushing your teeth while eating Oreos. I am always trying to work smarter, not harder (I said trying) and this has given me invaluable input on how to make that happen. I will be recommending this to all of my mom friends! Great listen!

Logical, empowering advice!
This audiobook is a fantastic resource for any busy person! Moms especially, but I run 2 businesses and have a couple of puppers and I find the information just as relevant for me too. I have a lot of moms who are clients, and I will be using some of the things I have learned in this book with them, and recommending they get a copy for themselves as well. I am a huge champion of mindfulness, and this book does a great job teaching how to incorporate practices that will help the mind and body run more efficiently, which trickles into all areas of life. Very well written and narrated.

My wife has benefited a lot from this audiobook and has a stronger fist on time management and productivity in life, it's not easy to have a balance between private and professional lives for women, but this book gives clear and helpful insights for all moms to get over life and control more time and energy. well done

BEing a mom with 3 boys is a full time job!
This book has great tips, tricks and ideas for managing time without sacrificing the time I want to have with my boys. I also am balancing part time work in my own consulting company and found that this book helps in those areas too. A great help in managing time and getting those few extra things done that I wouldn't have otherwise.

A great audiobook for Mom's looking to get more done while doing less. This audiobook is very informative and the narration was great. Being productive can seem like a hassle at times but it doesn't necessarily have to be that way all the time. I think this book is an amazing tool and I highly recommend it.

Wow what a great book, from meal prepping to how to say no, from meditation to minimalism, this is jam packed full of great info. I got it for my wife but I've listened to it myself and thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended for everyone and some great productivity tips!
