Essential for a strong brain
This is what I needed to listen to the most right now. I am struggling in some challenges of my life, and I have been unable to solve them since a few years, but now after listening to this, I know that it was my own mistake that I couldn't resolve the problems sooner, I did not have the right mindset and confidence. A guide to be mentally strong
i loved this book. it was exactly what i needed at this stage of my life. i have alot of people pleasing tendencies and i tend to fall into a depressive spiral every time life gets a little difficult. this book was a great help. it was a concise and simple yet very effective guide on how to deal with life and the challenges that come along with it. it helped build resilience and taught me how to become mentally strong. i highly recommend it to everyone who suffers from anxiety and suffers through a mental war within themselves. I truly connected with this author with all of the personal stories baked into each chapter. Fitting Title!
Ver cool title that fits perfectly with the theme of the book. Bad things are always going to happen in life, there is no way to avoid them. But instead of being vulnerable for everything that happens this book covers top to bottom ways to help shield and protect yourself from those negative things getting too deep in your subconscious.
I particularly liked the section on dealing with discomforts but keeping your emotional health in check. This book has definitely helped my confidence.
