Great Resource!
I got this book for my wife because of the stomach issues she has had for a few years now. We have done food tests and tried to see if she is allergic to anything but we have found little help. She just finished this book and we are excited to implement a plant based diet into her life. It seems like this could be exactly what she needs. I highly recommend this book.

Over the years I have found that I am sensitive to gluten and dairy and have looked for other foods that will help me to improve my digestion and overall health. Good for someone considering becoming a vegan
This book is very informative, detailed, and would be great for someone considering a vegan lifestyle. However, it was a bit too detailed, especially with how the digestion process works. I won't lie. I struggled with getting through that part and the reading through of the recipes.

Very Helpful and Empowering
This audiobook is very inspiring and helpful on how to have long term heath. Enlightening and delicious!
Really enjoyable audiobook! Very informative, but in an engaging and exciting way. Learned more than a few eye-opening facts about gut health. The recipes sound absolutely delicious, and cannot wait to try some.. I wasn't sure if the recipes would work in audio format, but they actually do, as they're not complex at all. Narrated really nicely too. Great listen!
