Very Valuable

This audiobook has been so helpful since I found out that my digestion problems are because of the diet that I have. Another fact that I like about it is the recipes, and this is so helpful for my busy life. I know that my stomach issue will improve using this guide.

Great Resource!

I got this book for my wife because of the stomach issues she has had for a few years now. We have done food tests and tried to see if she is allergic to anything but we have found little help. She just finished this book and we are excited to implement a plant based diet into her life. It seems like this could be exactly what she needs. I highly recommend this book.

Fix your gut health fix your life!

People underestimate the importance of a healthy gut. They go their entire lives without thinking about what they put in it. Shane does a great job showcasing the importance of a healthy gut and breaking down the method to achieving one through a plant-based diet. Highly recommend it for anyone struggling with gut issues, even meat-eaters who want a cleanse.

Improve your Gut Health!

This is a fantastic audiobook all about ways you can improve your gut health. Over the years I have found that I am sensitive to gluten and dairy and have looked for other foods that will help me to improve my digestion and overall health. I was pleasantly surprised to find numerous recipes that I can try out. This audiobook is exactly what I have been looking for. A great resource for all women looking to improve their digestion.

Good for someone considering becoming a vegan

This book is very informative, detailed, and would be great for someone considering a vegan lifestyle. However, it was a bit too detailed, especially with how the digestion process works. I won't lie. I struggled with getting through that part and the reading through of the recipes.

Good use of healthy advise

Got this for my wife. This transformed her so much in just 2 weeks! she loves listening to this after slipping back into unhealthy cravings. I also learned a lot in this book to cut my diet

All Women Need to Listen to This Book!

The quality of life depends on our health and it all starts in the gut. This book helped educate me why I need to take care of my gut, how to do it, and what to eat. I especially liked all of the yummy plant based recipes included in the free PDF download that came with this audiobook. I was impressed with all of the beautiful pictures and look forward to trying them. There are a lot of gut health books out there, but I would recommend this one because it is geared towards women and we have specific needs that affect our hormones that aren't necessarily addressed in other books. Here's to our good health!

Excellent resource for your health!

This is perfect for my relative that needs help on the topic! It's very informative, useful, and practical! The recipes are gold and something to follow forever. The narrator makes it easy to understand the information which is very important when it comes to informative audiobooks. Great Guide !!

I absolutely loved this audiobook and found it so interesting! Growing up, my mom always shared tips and recipes on optimizing digestion and having a healthy gut. I remember taking probiotics and watching what kind of aliments we ate. Still, this book has so much more information and explanations on how it makes a difference on our bodies. This book is an excellent guide for beginners and people who want a healthy gut, which also means a healthy body. I recommend this audiobook to any woman of any age!

Incredibly useful audiobook!

Gut health is critical to maintain good health and often overlooked in the American health system. This audiobook does a fabulous job breaking down the specifics and providing valuable insights in how to improve your gut microbiome and set a solid foundation on your health.
