solid book

This isn't my first keto diet book, but it's a really well-rounded, solid gem with practical information balanced with inspiring ideas. The importance of mindset, myths that are debunked and benefits to trying keto are all in here. Really great book to get started or continue your journey to a healthier body.

Keto Information for VEGANS too!

This is literally my Bible to Keto. I followed the book for two weeks and my stomach was much smaller and people began asking what I was doing. Furthermore, I lost weight. My previous Keto attempts have failed but this one stuck. I also like that the food seems Clean Keto, recipes were easy to follow and not loaded with Cheese. Plus, there is a vegan section in the book. My favorite recipes ended up being two vegan dishes. I found that you can find the ingredients at the regular grocery store. I simply loved this book! Recommend!

Informative!

I’ll admit I felt the whole “Keto” talk I’ve heard so many speak about always sounded like a bunch of jibber jabber to me. However this was very eye opening for me. I loved that Author Alison Turner spoke with so much clarity to educate and invite us in to her personal journey. GO GET THIS AUDIOBOOK!

Helpful!

After I listened to this book I realized it was a lot about the thought process of how to lose weight and what to do. Not many examples of workout exercises. Certainly more of a lifestyle guide and what to eat and what not to eat to improve diet.

Superb book with great information!

Keto is the way to go when it comes to fitness! It discusses numerous studies as well as the difficulties of trying to reduce weight and how to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Scientific and Effective!

This book lays out the keto diet in a safe and effective way. I have heard great things about it in the past, but the author will give you the confidence to put your best foot forward and start implementing it into your life. My favorite part is that it is a 30-day program, and then you can build from there. The narrator also has a great voice and excellent pacing—a joy to listen to.

Valuable resource for weight loss!

I needed a fitness plan and Keto is the way to go! It touches on many researches as well as the challenges of trying to lose weight and how to open your eyes to a healthier lifestyle. Great summary of Keto

There is a lot out there about keto diets, but this is one of the best. It's got all the details, top-to-bottom, including recipes and fitness ideas too. It's well-researched and fun to listen to. I love the narrator.
