Super Insightful
This book has been a really great resource in getting to know more about myself. It helped me realize exactly where I am an not only with my preferred learning style but also with receiving, retaining and recalling information presented to me. While it did provide some great practices to put into play, I am going to seek out the subsequent books on memory and concentration so that I can rapidly head towards retraining my mind how to receive, and retrieve information as well as focus my concentration more intensely.

Wish I knew this years ago when a student!
I thought this book might be a bit dull but this guy kept my attention the entire time. So many new techniques I cant wait to try out. I did the speadreading trick and couldnt believe how much faster I read! Several interesting topics from concentrating, remembering, and the theory behind our loss of attention.

Clear steps that are put into crystal explanation.
As I've a lot of Audible credits, finding the NEXT book to listen is kind of a tedious job. Upon browsing the titles and stretch for some more, I found this amazing book on memory and concentration which relate to reading. The theories and techniques are simply crafted into this book to be practiced immediately. I love every chapter of this book and it's only taking me around 60 minutes to finish everything. Time to Practice what I've learnt!
