Fabulous Read!

With all the struggles and anxiety that I personally have felt during this pandemic Jill’s book really helped put a lot of things in perspective for me and her tips and advice really helped! I sent this over to my mother as well who has battled depression all her life. Great insights and I cannot recommend this book enough! -Dana B

These tools work!

Easy, to-the-point book about real, actionable things you can do to raise your vibe. I’ve been doing many of these techniques and they truly do rewire your brain to feel more positive and empowered. Definitely recommend!

Loved this book!

I loved Trust Your Intuition. I listened to it on audible. Jill’s voice is engaging and entertaining. A great accompaniment for walking or driving in the car. The book is not too clinical and has something for everyone. Great tips for combatting anxiety and just improving your overall self-care.

Outstanding book

At first I thought it was another repeat of other 100 ways to ..but this is definitely different and helpful. I play one or two techniques a day and try to incorporate them into the same day.
I want my kids to listen to it as well thanks for writing the book you have helped me and so many others.

Helps to Reinforces Your Daily Behavior

Listening to this book when I driving is a great reminder on how I want to handle things. It helps me consciously react the way I strive to. Like any exercise program, you need to be conscious of how you act until behaviors become unconscious and you just make that part of you. this book helps you get there. Love it

This Book Is For Everyone!

I did not know what to expect when I started Trust Your Intuition by Jill Sylvester. It was mentioned in a podcast I listened to a few months ago and it was sitting in my library. So today, I downloaded it and to my surprise, I listened to the entire book in a few hours. It is easy to listen to and I received so much in a short space of time. Some of the concepts I’ve heard before and some concepts are new to me. I feel like I attended a healthy retreat or motivational conference that gave me insight and practical applications to trusting my intuition, self care, mental health, managing emotions, manifestation, spirituality, and more. I will be listening to this book again and applying what I learned. It is worth it!
